Can I change where a link points?

Not yet. Changing a link's destination is an account feature, in early access. Links created without an account can't be edited, but you can replace them.

Not yet. Changing where a link points will be possible with an account, which is in early access. Links created without an account can’t be edited, but you can replace one with a new link in a few seconds.

  1. Shorten the correct URL on blinkhop.com.
  2. If you used a custom ending, pick a new one. The old ending stays attached to the old destination.
  3. Replace the old link everywhere you shared it.
  4. Check the new link by adding + to it, for example https://zou.sh/spring-sale-2+. The preview shows the destination before anyone clicks.

When you shorten a link without an account, we store only the destination URL, the code, the creation time and how it was created (web, API or MCP). There is no account and no IP address, so nobody, including you, can prove a link is theirs. Locking those links also stops anyone else from pointing your link somewhere new.

With an account (early access), you will be able to:

  • Change the destination of a link you own, while the short link and its QR code stay the same
  • Set expiry dates and click limits
  • See your clicks in an analytics dashboard

A free account includes editing destinations. Expiry dates and click limits come with the Pro plan. To hear when accounts open, join the list on the pricing page, or read more about link management.

  • API & MCP

What are the API rate limits?

Without a key, each IP address can create 20 links per minute and 300 per day. The MCP server allows 120 calls per minute and 5,000 per day.

  • Accounts & plans

    When will accounts be available?

Accounts are in early access and there is no public date yet. Join the list on the pricing page and we'll let you know when accounts open.

  • QR codes

How do I get a QR code for my link?

Every zou.sh link has a free, print-ready SVG QR code. Click QR after you shorten a link, or add /qr to the end of any short link.
