Add + to the end of the link. For example, https://zou.sh/launch+ opens a preview page that shows where the zou.sh link goes, when it was created and how many clicks it has, without taking you to the destination.
See where a link goes before you click
- Copy the zou.sh link instead of opening it.
- Paste it into your browser’s address bar and add
+at the end:https://zou.sh/launch+. - Read the destination on the preview page. If it looks right, open the link as usual. If it looks suspicious, use the Report this link form on the same page. How do I report a suspicious link? explains what happens next.
If the link was disabled for abuse, you see a “This link was disabled” page instead.
Check other short links
The link expander previews any short link, not only zou.sh links.
Developers can use the API. It follows redirects safely, up to 10 hops, and returns the redirect chain, the final destination and a safety verdict. It works for zou.sh and for other shorteners such as bit.ly, tinyurl.com and t.co:
curl "https://api.blinkhop.com/v1/expand?url=https://zou.sh/launch"
For a zou.sh link, GET /links/{code} returns its destination, clicks and creation date:
curl https://api.blinkhop.com/v1/links/launch
Ask your AI assistant
If your assistant is connected to the Blinkhop MCP server, ask “Where does zou.sh/launch go?” It uses the expand_link tool to look up the destination, the clicks and the creation date.
